This wallpaper is magnetic ! (Hence the name!). It is a commercial grade product suitable for professional installation only.
It has come about through a rigorous research and development programme where more and more magnetic content was added to the product to provide for maximum magnetic performance whilst balancing this with the ability to bend and roll without cracks or imperfections.
Everyone will love this product due to its speed of installation, ready to use within 48 hours (as soon as the adhesive dries) and max magnetic performance.
Magnetic Wallpaper: Product Details
Smart Magnetic Wallpaper comes on a roll that will provide coverage for an area of 10m2 or 107 sq. ft.
The dimensions of each roll are 1.22m wide x 8.25m long.
Each roll weighs approximately 14.5 kilogrammes. This is a heavy product due to the magnetic properties that give it its magnetic performance.
The finish is white as the wallpaper is pre-primed. This eliminates the need for priming, thus saving time and labour.
Top Tips
- Install Smart Magnetic Wallcovering just like any other commercial wallcovering.
- You must use a heavy-duty adhesive, due to the weight of this product.
- Use neodymium or rare earth magnets only.
- Apply on any reasonably smooth surface, including curved walls.
- Hang horizontally or vertically, depending on your preference.
- Remove like any other commercial wallcovering (although why would you ?)
- Fill any poor joint or seam with normal decorators filler. Allow to dry. Sand, smooth and apply a primer to the filler.
- To minimise joints or seams, butt the joints, or overlap and double cut through both layers with a sharp blade.
