Coca-Cola
Coca-Cola bottling operations commenced in Northern Ireland and Ireland in 1934 and 1952 respectively.
Based in Lisburn, Co. Antrim,they operate a bottling plant and channel products through five warehouses and distribution centres.
With 850 staff in this location, Coca-Cola HBC Ireland and Northern Ireland is one of the biggest companies in the non-alcoholic beverage industry in the country and is a franchised bottler of The Coca-Cola Company.
BSS is the digital marketing side of this business.
They contacted Smarter Surfaces as they wanted a big and writable surface, that was branded too, and that could be installed on top of a fire retardant wall. No problem !
Workspace Transformation Process
The surface of the fire retardant wall was a creamy yellow colour and so this was painted over in a white eggshell finish.
The company logos were emailed to a printer to produce in sticker format.
Our installer drew the “tree” which formed part of the business’ branding. This too, was sent to a printer for digitising.
When the logo and tree stickers were ready, our installer applied them onto the wall, paying particular attention to remove any air bubbles.
Finally, one coat of our transparent whiteboard coating, Smart Wall Paint in Clear, was applied on top.
Our award-winning whiteboard paint is touch dry in 5 hours but requires 7 days to fully cure as a write-on and wipe-off writing surface.
This great looking 6 sq m wall was now ready for the BSS digital marketing team to start using for project development to to think outside the box.
Now they have a workspace that not only looks good but can really improve the way they work.
